Prior to the Boston Tea Party, in 1773 it was customary for the colonials to refuse tea by turning their tea cup upside down. “No tea for me” is for all who refuse to purchase the unhealthy things. Whether it be on our grocery store shelves, TV screens or societal norms it’s up to us to hold the standard and not buy in.
Attending one of Melanie’s self-defense seminars was life-changing. Her ability to combine situational awareness with practical self-defense techniques gave me confidence I never knew I needed. Melanie’s passion for empowering others is contagious, and her approach is clear, engaging, and effective. I left feeling stronger, safer, and more prepared for life’s challenges. I can’t recommend her enough!
